Content Creator

Devsinc is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience creating engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing compelling content that strengthens our brand presence, engages our target audience, and supports our marketing and employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful content tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop, write, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Create compelling captions, posts, articles, scripts, and promotional content aligned with the company's brand voice.
• Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and recruitment teams to develop content for campaigns, company updates, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts and storylines for videos, reels, short-form content, and other multimedia formats.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content to identify new content opportunities.
• Optimize content for different platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to improve future content strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.
