Lead the future of cancer care with my client, a premier oncology practice in Northern Virginia! You’ll oversee operations across multiple locations, guiding a large, physician-led organization while driving operational excellence and exceptional patient care.
Candidates Absolutely MUST have multi-location healthcare operations experience is REQUIRED!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct multi-location practice operations and administrative teams
- Develop strategic plans supporting growth and profitability
- Oversee budgets, staffing, facilities, and technology
- Implement policies, procedures, and operational improvements
- Monitor performance and advise executive leadership
- Support expansion and development of new locations
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to lead complex, multi-location healthcare operations
- Strong financial, strategic planning, and operational leadership skills
