What You Could Be Doing

Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and other key customers
• Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to provide relevant products and solutions
• Developing and executing territory and account plans to support sales objectives
• Managing sales activities across an assigned territory or customer portfolio
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
• Delivering product presentations and supporting customer education where relevant
• Developing strong knowledge of products, solutions and the healthcare environment
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to support customers and deliver a positive customer experience
• Monitoring market and competitor activity and sharing relevant insights with the business
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information and supporting forecasting and planning activities

What You’ll Bring

While specific requirements may vary depending on the opportunity, medical device industry sales experience is an essential requirement.

• Proven sales experience within the medical device industry
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A track record of identifying customer needs and developing sales opportunities
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
• A customer-focused and commercially minded approach
• Ability to manage a territory or portfolio of customers effectively
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant qualifications and other requirements applicable to the specific role and location
