  • Develop, review, and verify test procedures to ensure network equipment and connected devices meet established technical and performance requirements.
  • Configure laboratory network hardware and software to support test objectives, including network devices and associated user equipment.
  • Execute network tests, evaluate results, and document findings to support verification and validation activities.
  • Analyze network performance metrics, including availability, utilization, throughput, latency, and connectivity, to identify potential issues and verify system performance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, configuration, and performance problems, working with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Assist network users and engineering teams in understanding Joint Station LAN architecture, technical requirements, laboratory processes, and testing procedures.
  • Use network monitoring and diagnostic tools to evaluate network behavior, investigate anomalies, and support technical problem resolution.
  • Participate in technical meetings with engineering teams, NASA customers, and other stakeholders to communicate test progress, discuss findings, and resolve issues.
  • Review existing test procedures and laboratory processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, repeatability, and quality of test results.
  • Maintain accurate test documentation, laboratory configurations, and test results in accordance with applicable program requirements.
