Qualifications
A successful Service Management Trainee must:

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Some management experience and/or college course work is helpful.

Responsibilities
Our Service Management Trainee’s perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
- Provide an excellent customer service experience in sales and service
- Empower customers with product knowledge
- Inventory management
- Installation and maintenance of tires/wheels, rotations, balancing and repairs
- Training and guidance for Tire Service Technicians
- Leading a team of 4-5 technicians in an indoor/outdoor service environment
