Job Description

In Publicis Groupe / PXP - Bogotá, we are seeking a Creative Director with 2 to 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, advertising and marketing agencies. Your mission is to provide artistic and conceptual direction for advertising campaigns across various brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and development of innovative and strategic concepts, ensuring alignment with the client's brand vision and values.
• Direct and supervise creative teams, providing guidance and ensuring project delivery.
• Manage briefs for follow-up and execution.
• Oversee and track creative projects, ensuring alignment with the requirements of assigned accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to integrate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Skills in customer service, analysis, organization, negotiation, and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
• Experience in creating internationally recognized award-winning campaigns, preferably with awards from festivals such as Cannes Lions.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as COR, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English proficiency.
