The Pinnacle Group is a team within eXp Realty that provides full time mentoring and coaching support during your first full year in the business. You work side by side with your own Productivity Coach and also with a Mastery Coach who is a John Maxwell Certified Business Coach. Simply put, we help get you through your first year in the real estate business. We teach you proven systems and models to build a solid business foundation for years to come. At the end of your first year you will have developed the competencies and will have learned the real estate business inside and out. Your Mastery Coach will stay with you throughout your career at eXp Realty.
