About the Role:
Tania Water's digital presence spans native mobile apps, a web store, paid advertising across major platforms, organic social, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS.
Tania is scaling its digital marketing efforts and needs a dedicated content owner to ensure consistent, high-performing content across every customer touchpoint.
What You'll Own
All customer-facing content across Tania Water's digital ecosystem — ad creatives, CRM campaign copy, in-app messaging, product descriptions, social media, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage Tania's content calendar across all digital channels: paid social, organic social, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-app banners.
Write and localize ad copy for Tania's performance marketing campaigns — producing variations for A/B testing across platforms and audiences.
Develop CRM content with the CRM Automation Manager — onboarding sequences, reorder prompts, win-back messages, and seasonal campaigns relevant to Tania's product lines.
Own Tania's app and web store content: product descriptions for gallon, carton, and coupon offerings, promotional banners, and checkout microcopy.
Maintain Tania's brand voice consistency across Arabic and English. Track content performance with the Digital and AI Director and CRM Manager — correlating copy variations with engagement and conversion metrics for Tania's channels.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in content marketing, copywriting, or digital content strategy — preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer apps. Native Arabic with strong English.
- Experience writing for performance marketing (ad copy that converts, not just brand storytelling).
- Understanding of CRM content constraints — push notifications and WhatsApp messages are different from social posts.
- Comfortable interpreting A/B test results and adjusting accordingly. Saudi/GCC consumer market experience preferred. Portfolio demonstrating range across short-form (ad copy, push) and longer-form (landing pages, product descriptions).
