About the Company:
Our client is an innovative organization building a dedicated AI Operating Group focused on developing internal AI tools and delivering cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions. The team primarily supports state and local government clients, helping them solve complex operational challenges through scalable and practical AI applications. This role sits at the intersection of consulting and engineering, driving real-world impact through applied artificial intelligence.
About the Role:- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for client engagements.
- Build and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Architect data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with client systems and data sources.
- Work with integration standards (e.g., MCP) to connect AI systems with enterprise tools.
- Develop reusable components and scalable frameworks across projects.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support internal AI product development initiatives.
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in discovery sessions to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- 3–5 years of professional experience with strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, or vector databases.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication skills, with experience working across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver solutions.
- Strong execution mindset focused on building and iterating.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
- Background in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, or analytics platforms.
- Programming experience (Python or similar).
- Experience working with cloud-based AI services.
- 30 days: Become familiar with internal tools, architecture, and ongoing projects; contribute to initial builds.
- 90 days: Independently design and deliver AI solutions for client engagements.
- 6 months: Lead technical delivery, mentor team members, and contribute to AI solution strategy.
