We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presentation-ready before delivery.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, to dealership standards
- Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, and polish vehicles for showroom and customer delivery presentation
- Inspect vehicles for damage, imperfections, or areas requiring additional attention
- Operate detailing equipment and utilize proper cleaning products safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department, wash bay, and equipment areas
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members regarding vehicle status and priorities
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Continuously improve detailing techniques and stay current with industry best practices
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
