If so, we want to hear from you!Job Description: As the General Manager at E+ROSE Wellness Cafe, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and developing your staff. Your responsibilities will include:Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders, while holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.Scheduling and Labor Management: Create and manage employee schedules, while controlling labor costs and ensuring optimal staffing levels.Inventory Management: Own all ordering of inventory and keeping a close eye on product levels. Ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid shortages, while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and toast.Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.What We’re Looking For:Passion for Health & Wellness: A strong interest in healthy living, nutrition, and wellness.Strong Leadership Skills: Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture; ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurantExcellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with customers and team members in a positive and professional manner.Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and guidelines precisely to maintain consistency and quality.Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential, with flexibility to work various shifts as needed.Team Player: A collaborative spirit, willing to assist others and contribute to a supportive team environment.Qualifications:Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Craftable) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive pay with opportunities for tips – unlimited potential for additional compensation by providing our customers the best possible service and environment!Employee discounts on all E+ROSE products – love our products?
