- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant Drive Away (Driver Outsource) field operations under direction of District Manager.
- Travel up to 75% to coordinate equipment readiness, lead driver activities, and move customer equipment.
- Develop and execute load plans in alignment with customer requirements.
- Train drivers on equipment use, HOS compliance, load securement, and customer standards.
- Conduct commentary driving evaluations and promote accident prevention.
- Partner with Terminal Managers to improve operations and communication.
- Submit billable activities whenever possible.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL with HazMat, Tanker endorsements, and TWIC card.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective multitasking and communication with drivers and managers.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with federal and customer standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Truck mechanic background preferred.
