The dealership in Virginia, MN is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with confidence and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and repair needs
- Document all work performed and recommended services
- Stay current on OEM procedures, technical bulletins, and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented shop culture
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or Diagnostic Tech
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities
- Familiarity with OEM systems, scan tools, and modern repair procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Certifications (ASE or OEM) are a plus but not required — experience matters
