Responsibilities
- Utilize different methods to effectively source candidates
- Organize and promote hiring events
- Recruit, interview, select and administer background check and drug screen on applicants
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Consult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- A four-year degree in business administration, management, human resources or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Disciplined self-starter proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; detail-oriented and strong follow-through skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Must be process oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and candidates
