Overview
Community Crisis Services, Inc. is seeking VideoPhone Hotline Specialists fluent in American Sign Language to provide crisis intervention counseling and support to Deaf/Hard of Hearing callers. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with various shift options including day, evening, and overnight hours to maintain 24/7 coverage. You'll receive 40 hours of comprehensive training in active listening, suicide prevention, and agency resources. The role is primarily remote but requires attendance at in-person training sessions. Candidates must reside in DC, Maryland, or Virginia and have appropriate technology setup.
