Work as a CNC machinist in series production for a reputable company in Sursee, Switzerland. Responsibilities include setting up and operating three Okuma CNC turning machines in a team of three, preparing machines according to setup plans, manufacturing small to large series, monitoring production quality with measuring tools, and being available for overtime when necessary. The position requires experience with CNC turning machines, preferably with Okuma controls, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Polymechaniker gesucht für ca. 6 Wochen vorerst in der Serienfertigung. Für eine renommierte Unternehmung in der Region Sursee.
## Aufgaben
\-Einrichten und Bedienen von drei CNC- Okuma Drehmaschienen im 3er- Team
\-Rüsten der Maschienen nach Einrichtplan oder nach Weisung
\-Fertigung von Klein - bis Grossserien
\-Überwachung der Fertigungsqualität mittels Prüfmitteln
\-Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Überzeit, wenn betrieblich notwendig
## Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ ( Nicht zwingend notwendig)
Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC Drehmaschinen - Idelarweise mit Okuma Steuerung
Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Einrichtplänen
Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln zur Qualitätskontrolle
Serienfertigungserfahrung von Vorteil
