At least 15+ years’ relevant professional experience.
Well established profile within the industry and actively involved in industry associations;
Extensive QA experience.
Has the demonstrated ability to consistently:
Provide expert advice and undertake key complex technical tasks with a high degree of independence across a broad range of projects;
Successfully monitor and manage the scope and risk of multiple varying size projects of varying complexity and apply business systems;
Apply high level skills in safety in design practices and processes;
Deliver best client outcomes which have resulted in cost savings;
Build technical capability of others;
Prepare complex technical reports and prepare successful proposals on small, medium and large projects;
Utilise excellent time management skills with the ability to efficiently plan workloads and meet deadlines;
Effectively work across a variety of projects continuously learning and applying new skills and knowledge quickly and efficiently;
Effectively manage client relationships and expectations;
Provide supervision and coaching to other staff;
