Type: Full-Time position

Candidates must be available:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Weekend Opportunities- Saturday-Sunday

Able to pass background and drug screening

Location: Physical Office

Rate: Based on experience

·         Starting Salary (based on experience): $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

As a Customer Service Representative for our company, you will:

·         Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our e-commerce website

·         Answer incoming inquiries on product details, return policies, billing issues, general concerns.

·         Record customer information within our customer service database.

·         Engage with clients in friendly/professional manner while assisting them with online orders.

·         Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company's service policies.

Candidates must have:

·         A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support

·         The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
