We are seeking a **Senior MERN Stack Developer** with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to join our growing team at **Datanova**. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack but also possess excellent client communication and team management skills.

## Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**.
• Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain coding best practices.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and ensure proper project documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

## Requirements

• 3–6 years of strong experience in **MERN Stack development**.
• Proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and Git**.
• Strong knowledge of **React.js hooks, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB**.
• Hands-on experience in **frontend optimization and backend scalability**.
• Excellent **client communication skills** with ability to gather and analyze requirements.
• Strong **management & leadership skills** to handle team and projects independently.
• Experience with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** is a plus.
