Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the planning of remote, face-to-face, and hybrid events, ensuring that the execution is completed on time and within budget

• Prepare, print, distribute and track marketing materials for conferences and local events

• Provide logistical support for Conference Specialists, Managers and the Sales team, including preparation of conference collateral, managing correspondence, and taking meeting minutes

• Coordinate internal purchase orders

Knowledge and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative, clerical, retail, or warehouse/logistics support environment

• Undergraduate degree in the life sciences would be considered an asset

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate in French is an asset

• Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds

• Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with fostering collaboration, and demonstrating excellent team-work and organizational skills

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

€33,400.00 - €45,200.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health benefits, retirement savings, and more (depending on region).
