Job Description

As a Security Officer Concierge Desk in Ennis, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy healthcare location as a Front Desk Security Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, support security-related procedures, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. In this stationary role, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in a caring, reliable, and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor visitor access at the front desk, verify identification and/or credentials as directed by site policies, and help to document entries, departures, and other security-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.
• Answer phones, greet employees, patients, and visitors, and help to support a professional front desk presence while following security-related procedures and privacy-focused site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
