Description
We are looking for a customer-focused, and organized Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Specialist) to join our growing clinic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they enter the clinic until the completion of their visit. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and clients.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about clinic services.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic's system.
- Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient records and charts.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
- Support clinic promotions, meetings, trainings, and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Any Related Field
- With at least 2 to 3 years work experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, hotel, healthcare or aesthetic clinic
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City (Greenbelt or Rockwell/Proscenium Area)
