About the Role

Responsible ensure claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision within agreed SLA

• Ensure End to End claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision
• Monitoring performance reimburse process internal by create solution to minimize repetitive error or any delayed process
• Make sure efficiency & effectiveness of pending claim in team
• Minimize complaint and increase customer satisfaction
• Cooperate with Underwriting Dept related cases with PEC / NDC that’s found at Internal claim process
• Cooperate with distribution channel team related claim
• Cooperated with other Department related such as Legal Dept, POS, etc that’s found at internal claim process
• Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim process
• Maintain and ensure SLA process achieved
• Reviewing and approve Decline letter before send to distribution channel or Client by Admin claim
• Approve letter of request for claim document to some hospitals (such as RSPAD)
• Providing Chronology and response letter for appeal claim
• Reviewing claim before sign for investigation
• First Level decision maker for claim process related blacklist claim (member or provider), Technical Borderline and Ex-gratia before escalating to higher level
• Medical Advisor for Claim team
