Description
What You'll Do
- Deliver expert pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to commercial customers — restaurants, hotels, hospitals, retail, and food & beverage plants.
- Prepare pest trend, risk, and species-identification reports, backed by on-site surveys.
- Train, onboard, and coach Service Specialists to meet Ecolab's protocols and standards.
- Conduct quality audits and lead root-cause analysis to continuously raise service standards.
- Partner with customers in meetings — advising, surveying, and driving solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Entomology (or related science).
- Strong knowledge of insect identification and classification.
- 1–2 years' experience as a pest/entomology specialist preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus).
- Leadership mindset, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver's license.
- English communication skills are a plus.
