We are seeking an experienced Onsite Services HSE Program Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across field-based and customer-site operations. In this highly visible role, you will partner with operations leaders, employees, contractors, and customers to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and continuously improve HSE performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Drive compliance with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and internal safety standards.
- Conduct field inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improve operational safety.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including root cause analysis and corrective action management.
- Monitor and report HSE performance metrics, trends, and risks to leadership.
- Deliver training, onboarding, and competency development programs for employees and contractors.
- Partner with operational teams and customers to strengthen accountability and safe work practices.
- Support emergency preparedness, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of HSE, Environmental Health & Safety, Safety Management, or related operational experience.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, safe work practices, and incident investigations.
- Experience managing HSE programs in industrial, manufacturing, field service, or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skill.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, HSE, or a related field.
- Experience with contractor safety programs, permit-to-work systems, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and field execution controls.
- Multi-site auditing, compliance reviews, or site leadership experience.
- Experience operating within global or multi-regional environments.
