Description

We are looking for a professional to fill a combined role that is critical to our organization—Responsible Pharmacist & Junior Medical Advisor/Scientific affairs specialist. 
The Responsible Pharmacist ensures the lawful and uninterrupted operation of our business as a pharmaceutical wholesaler by ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining a valid license for sales and distribution. In addition, the Junior Medical Advisor/Scientific affairs specialist supports Scientific Affairs activities, including Medical, Pharmacovigilance, and Ethical Compliance;. This role ensures that the company operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements and GxP standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill the requirements & responsibilities of a Responsible Pharmacist, as described in the local legislation
  • Control over the quality of goods received at the warehouse
  • Is responsible for GDP release to the distribution chain
  • Is responsible for internal / external inspection management
  • Is responsible for returns management
  • Is responsible for recall execution and management in cooperation with manufacturer/MAH
  • Supports continuous medical and product trainings for Marketing and Sales force teams, organizes induction and ongoing trainings in areas of responsibility;
  • Is responsible for review of speaker engagement in scientific events including advisory boards, round table meetings, medical education meetings etc;
  • Provide Medical information for patients, HCPs or other stakeholders in his/her area of responsibility;
  • Ensure Medical compliance – review and approval of educational, promotional and non-promotional materials and events, adherence to Zentiva SOPs and Industry Codes of Practice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-              Candidates must possess proven experience as a master pharmacist for at least 2 years

-              Masters’ degree in Pharmacy

-              Industry experience in Medical Affairs is an advantage;

-              Understanding of pharmaceutical industry guidelines and local regulatory framework;

-              Excellent interpersonal skills related to interaction with scientific leaders and authorities;

-              Communication skills and the ability to function within a team environment, collaborative problem solving approach within the team;

-              Simultaneously handling multiple tasks and working under pressure;

-              Works to develop new skills and abilities;

-              Presentation skills;

-              Fluency in English.
