What You'll Bring
We are looking for the following:
- 3+ years' experience working in a research company or research division focusing on quantitative projects, data science/analytics, or consulting
- At least 1 year of experience in leading projects and project teams, as well as handling client communications
- Successful completion of studies in the relevant fields of Business, Social Sciences, Statistics or Engineering
- A strong ability to turn insights into compelling stories for our clients
- Knowledgeable in statistics and quantitative market research methods
- Strong analytical thinking, conceptual skills and communication skills
- Knowledge in R, Q and WinCross is preferred
- An inquisitive mind, a love for teamwork and a real passion for consulting clients to make educated decisions
What You'll Do
You’ll work in a team and be responsible for driving and managing all the phases of market research projects, making sure the correct methodology is used and execution is held to the highest standard. In addition, you will consult clients and advise them towards solutions. The mentoring and ongoing development of your project team members will also be important in this role.
