1. About the Opportunity ✍️
MoonPay Institutional is building the infrastructure that powers digital asset businesses around the world. As an Account Manager, you will own relationships with a portfolio of institutional clients—including fintechs, exchanges, wallets, payment providers, and enterprise partners—helping them maximize the value they receive from MoonPay's products.
You'll become a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, growth, and long-term retention. Working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Support, and Engineering, you'll advocate for customers while identifying commercial opportunities that strengthen strategic partnerships.

2. What you will do

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic institutional customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.

Develop trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across customer organizations.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, and additional product adoption while supporting commercial negotiations.

Monitor customer health using business metrics and proactively mitigate risks to renewals and long-term success.

Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback that influences product roadmap and operational improvements.
3. About You
-
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, or Relationship Management supporting enterprise or institutional customers.

Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities and supporting negotiations.

Solid understanding of fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or digital assets; prior crypto experience is highly desirable.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and accountability.
