As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing software systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within ServiceNow platform.
- Good understanding of configuration management and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
