QAQC Seismic Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QAQC Seismic Consultant to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout offshore seismic acquisition campaigns, ensuring data integrity and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide QA/QC oversight during offshore seismic acquisition operations.
• Monitor acquisition parameters and evaluate seismic data quality.
• Review survey performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with offshore personnel, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support seismic data acceptance and project close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Geophysics, Geoscience, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in marine seismic acquisition QA/QC.
• Experience supporting at least three offshore seismic acquisition projects within the last five years.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work offshore on a rotational basis.
