Operador de Logística I

Atuar nos processos logísticos, conferindo materiais recebidos, confeccionando etiquetas, organizando paletes e embalagens, a fim de realizar a correta conferência e organização dos itens, bem como atender às necessidades dos clientes internos e/ou externos dentro dos prazos e padrões de segurança e qualidade requeridos.

Descrição Detalhada das Atribuições:

• Realizar a conferência dos materiais recebidos.
• Coletar amostras de matérias primas comuns e concentrados.
• Realizar a confecção de etiquetas de fracionamento, etiquetas de produto acabado, GHS e etiquetas de recebimento.
• Etiquetar e conferir WMAS
• Armazenar materiais.
• Organizar paletes e embalagens.
• Revalidar matérias primas.
• Separar matéria prima líquida e matéria prima pó.
• Realizar troca dos filtros do Tanque Farm.
• Executar o teste de cratera.
• Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional.
• Aplicar 5S (senso de utilização, ordenação, limpeza, saúde e autodisciplina), eliminando desperdícios, mantendo organizado e limpo o local de trabalho, bem como as máquinas e equipamentos utilizados.
• Realizar outras atividades correlatas a critério do seu superior imediato e/ou em relação aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho e/ou em relação aos procedimentos do sistema da qualidade.
• Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional e Compliance
