Ebben a szerepkörben a gyártási, logisztikai, mérnökségi és minőségirányítási csapatok mindennapi működését segíted: te biztosítod, hogy az adminisztráció, az egyeztetések és a háttérfolyamatok gördülékenyen menjenek, a kollégák pedig a szakmai feladataikra tudjanak fókuszálni.

Feladatok

Miben számítunk rád

• A szervezetek támogatása szervezési, adminisztrációs és koordinációs feladatokkal.
• Munkaruha menedzsment: munkaruhák nyilvántartásának vezetése, igények kezelése, egyeztetés a kollégákkal és a beszállítókkal.
• Irodaszergazdálkodás: készletek nyomon követése, rendelések rendszeres intézése, utánkövetés.
• Operatív beszerzés támogatása: kapcsolódó adminisztráció és napi ügyintézés.
• Projektjellegű feladatok: prezentációk összeállítása a gyártás és a mérnökség részére.
• Kapcsolattartás a szervezet munkatársaival és külső partnerekkel.

Helyettesítés esetén bekapcsolódsz:

• Gyártási rendelések ténylegesen legyártott mennyiségeinek pontos rögzítésébe SAP-ban (bérmunka könyvelés).
• A vállalati Ötletmenedzsment program adminisztratív feladatainak ellátásába.
• Vállalati események szervezésének támogatásába.

Elvárások

A sikerhez szükséges képesítések és készségek

• Felsőfokú végzettség.
• Adminisztratív munkában alkalmazott szoftverek készségszintű ismerete (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Magabiztos, aktív angol és/vagy német nyelvtudás, írásban és szóban egyaránt.
• Jó kommunikációs és együttműködési készség.
• Kezdeményező, fejlesztő szemléletű gondolkodásmód és annak alkalmazása.
• Önálló munkavégzés, amit magasfokú precízitás, pontosság jellemez, a munkakörből adódóan, mindemellett aktív csapatjátékos.
• Terhelhetőség, rugalmasság.
