**Location:** Berlin, Germany

## Tasks

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth.

• **Identify Growth Levers:** Scout and analyze new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential.
• **Drive Project Ownership:** Take full **0-to-1 ownership** of high-impact growth projects, coordinating execution across teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing, Product).
• **Deliver Strategic Insights:** Deep-dive into global sales and portfolio data, creating essential reports and forecasts that serve as the foundation for management decision-making.
• **Optimize Commercial Performance:** Analyze portfolio performance across channels and countries, providing actionable strategies to immediately maximize revenue and profitability.

## Requirements

**Must-Haves**

• **Bachelor’s degree (or higher)** in business, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in **German (C1)** and **English (C1)**, both written and spoken.
• **Proven Analytical Skills -** Confident working with large datasets/spreadsheets to draw clear, actionable conclusions.
• **Structured approach to problem-solving** and strong communication skills.
• **Hands-on, proactive, and curious** – you don’t wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead.

**Highly Valued (Bonus Points)**

• **Relevant experience** from consulting, finance, startups, e-commerce, or other business related fields.
• Knowledge of **other languages.**
