We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Key responsibilities:
- Audit Coordination – Executes the planning and distribution of inventory audit requests across internal teams and external partners, aligned with schedules and defined risk triggers.
- Process Compliance – Monitors audit execution to ensure full adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures and internal quality standards.
- Issue Identification – Proactively detects anomalies, delays, or non-compliance in audit processes and escalates topics to Senior Specialists or regional leadership when needed.
- Reporting & Insights – Creates and maintains regular reports on reconciliation status, audit progress, and stock discrepancies to support informed decision-making.
- Data Analysis Support – Assists Senior Specialists by preparing relevant data sets, contributing to complex reconciliation cases, and supporting root cause analysis of inventory variances.
- System Accuracy – Updates ERP and CRM systems with audit outcomes and adjustments, ensuring reliable and up-to-date asset records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works closely with Customer Care and Sales Support teams to align audit schedules with customer activities and operational priorities.
We expect:
- Educational Background – Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for operational and analytical tasks.
- Operational Experience – Hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, or Logistics with a strong understanding of structured processes and workflows.
- Data & Reporting Skills – Confident in creating reports, managing data sets, and working with tools such as Excel and reporting dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- Process & Compliance Mindset – Experience working within defined SOPs, ensuring adherence to processes, and escalating issues in a structured and timely manner.
- Analytical Strength – Strong ability to work accurately with numerical data, identify discrepancies, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Systems & Tools – Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, as well as collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and data visualization tools.
- Coordination & Communication – Strong communication skills with experience coordinating across internal teams and external service providers or field teams.
- Collaboration & Flexibility – Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support senior team members, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment, with professional proficiency in English.
