This Position reports to:

Factory Manager

 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise shift team’s progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Each day, you will provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations. You will also showcase your expertise by cooperating with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforcing production schedules and quality.

This role belongs to Motion Drive Products based out at Peenya - Bangalore, India will be reporting directly to Production Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assists management and shift team in allocating,
• coordinating and overseeing shift orders and work plan. Execution within production lines during the shift.
• Provides regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line including production line organization.
• Help management implement staff allocation in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages or shifting priorities.
• Ensures the shift operation follow health & safety.
• Identify deficiencies in production area and propose for improvement actions.
• Identify and recommend technical equipment, facility and provide improvements as necessary.
• Train the associates in the line/product. Plan for multi skill Operation.

Qualifications for the role

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 3 years of experience in the similar industry.
• Good Knowledge in production process.
• Good Knowledge in SAP.
• Flexible to work in rotational Shift
• Handling Production operators
