The Job:

• Open doors with key industrial End Users
• Need analysis of the End User and identify opportunities to make a difference/ add value to the end user
  • Removing a pain point, the end user is facing
  • Providing a gain to the end user: e.g. productivity improvement, superior ownership experience etc.
• Compose & propose compelling Solution to end user, a techno-commercial solution
• Demonstrate the benefit to end user through trials/ demo etc.
• Convert into hot leads and close sales in consultation with Sales team

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BE/BTech/Graduate. MBA(Marketing) from B+/B grade B-school preferred. 
• 6-10 years of Sales experience –End-User (B2B) Sales. 
• Strong Communication Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Sales Planning
• Good presentation and computer skills.
