The Account Management Operations Analyst role will report to the Head of Global Alignment and will play a key part in ensuring that we have strong governance of key performance indicators and delivery metrics for the Account Management team supporting Mercer's Multinational Clients. This role will be based in Cluj.. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This position is fixed-term, for a period of 24 months, with the possibility to be extended.
We will count on you to:
- Creating and Maintaining data and measures against key areas within the Account Management world such as opportunity management, pipeline, SLA performance for key tasks;
- Support in developing ways to feed these data points into broader business reporting such as Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Key performance Indicator (KPI) reporting that is required on a monthly or quarterly basis;
- Build trusted relationships with Account Managers to ensure that all required data and reporting is up to date and accurate;
- Attend meetings supporting the Global Alignment team and provide support in coordinating and managing action plans, toolkits and trackers to ensure that key milestones are achieved, and notes and actions are captured accurately and shared with the key parties;
- Provide analysis and insight of our underlying client portfolio, to help identify trends and opportunities to grow and retain our client base;
- Support a Client Centric, quality first culture, ensuring continuous improvement of Account Management Services for our clients and drive efficiency for the Account Managers.
What you need to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytic skills – compiling and interpreting data; establishing trends, identifying gaps or highlighting areas for improvement
- Highly organized and able to work well to regular deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solution-focused
- Ability to build strong internal relationships
- Ability to work concurrently on multiple initiatives and prioritize accordingly
- Self-driven
- Experience liaising with clients in a B2B or B2C role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience required.
