We are hiring a sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced quick lube team. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll recommend maintenance services, build trust, and maximize ticket value.
Pay & Benefits:
- $800 to $1300 per week - earning potential.
- Commission + bonuses (uncapped).
- Weekly SPIFFs & performance incentives.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide service recommendations.
- Recommend oil changes, filters, and maintenance services.
- Upsell ethically by educating customers.
- Work with technicians to verify vehicle needs.

Requirements:
- Sales or customer service experience.

- Automotive experience is a plus (not required).
