Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Administrator based at our Dowlow Quarry in Buxton.
You will be a key member of the sales team focused on the sales of construction material products.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all phones are answered in a timely manner, and enquiries recorded.
- Raise quotations and price them within the tolerances agreed by the TSM responsible for the area.
- Add relevant notes to enquiries detailing any correspondence with the customer.
- Process order acknowledgments when POs received and confirm via notes on Excalibur.
- Administration of the Cash Sales Process including the recording of the data for the Purchase Ledger Team.
- Generate weekly reports for the Area Sales Manager, reporting key sales data and any significant enquiries.
- Actively seek and identify opportunities to sell additional products and upsell on the initial enquiry received.
- Work pro-actively to identify new or declining customers, sites and opportunities.
- You may on occasion be required to cover other departments.

- Desire to succeed and build on customer base, upselling a range of products to ensure that Breedon succeeds and is the solution of choice for appropriate building projects
