Your role at St John of God Ballarat
We are seeking Enrolled Nurses (Level 1-2) to join our Nursing casual pool at Ballarat hospital.
This position will be rostered Monday to Sunday with am, pm or night shifts. You will have the opportunity rotate throughout the Hospital providing support to various ward units.

As Enrolled Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary nursing team, participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Enrolled Nurse delivers quality evidence-based nursing care within their scope of practice.
The Position
Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care that meets patients' physical, emotional and wellbeing needs.
Assist patients with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence and self-care.
Support patients undergoing specialised treatments and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice.
Monitor, document and report changes in patients’ physical, mental and emotional condition.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
To succeed you will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse with recent clinical experience in an acute environment.
You will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a dynamic health care team holding effective written and verbal communication skills with commitment to ongoing professional education. In addition, you will possess the ability to problem solve or seek help from appropriate resources and the aptitude to implement care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

We can offer you
Hourly rate: EN $42.50 to $50.74 (including casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
