Job Title: Remote Appointment Setters (100% Work From Home) 

 
Location: Remote from Latin America
 
Position Type: Full Time
  
Salary: Hourly base rate + performance-based bonuses ($2,000 – $2,400+ USD/month on-target earnings).
  
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Requires structural operational flexibility to work non-traditional hours to maximize lead conversion (e.g., mid-day to evening blocks like 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time, as well as high-intent weekend windows). The exact final shift schedule will be finalized during the interview lifecycle.

The Role
 
Our Client is seeking a high-energy, exceptionally organized, and resilient Lead Setter / Appointment Scheduler to serve as the critical front-line voice driving their sales and service pipeline. Please note: This is an active, high-volume coordination and outbound/inbound engagement role, not a passive administrative desk seat. This position acts as the vital bridge connecting curious homeowners, regional field sales representatives, and installation technicians. The successful candidate will excel at forming instant telephonic rapport, applying disciplined filtering criteria to qualify inbound/outbound prospects, mapping out high-value sales appointments, and cleanly navigating installation and service schedules.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

Pipeline Generation & Inbound/Outbound Prospect Qualification

 

  • Commands high-velocity inbound and outbound telephonic workflows, engaging with prospective residential consumers and warm marketing leads to establish strong immediate brand rapport.

  • Deploys strategic qualifying filters during conversations, methodically verifying homeownership data, structural project scopes, and consumer needs against rigid corporate guidelines.

  • Converts qualified opportunities into high-value, confirmed in-home consulting appointments, populating calendars directly for the regional field sales squads.

  • Diligently logs consumer profiles, project parameters, and phone disposition metrics into the centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with high data precision.

 

Logistical Scheduling & Cross-Functional Coordination

 

  • Manages the active maintenance, adjustment, and logical rescheduling of sales consultations to minimize calendar gaps and field travel friction.

  • Coordinates complex operational installation windows and field service requests, syncing directly with end-consumers and technical installation teams to confirm timelines.

  • Provides essential, remote-based support across localized office administration portals, client communication channels, and front-line service tickets.

  • Commits to continuous professional mastery of the client's internal sales system, communication methodologies, and technical product definitions.

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
 
Required Qualifications
 
  • Home Services Sector Tenure: 2–3+ years of verified professional experience operating within customer service, call centers, sales development, or appointment scheduling roles specifically within the home services, construction, real estate, or home improvement industries.

  • Phone Stamina & Resilience: Demonstrated psychological and vocal stamina, with a proven ability to maintain a positive, high-energy communication posture across extended telephone shifts and repetitive consumer interactions.

  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. The candidate must be capable of establishing natural comfort, projection, and professional persuasion with North American homeowners over the phone.

  • CRM Software Literacy: Practical hands-on experience navigating and updating corporate CRM architectures or localized data-management pipelines.

  • Office Tech Stack Competency: Strong fundamental proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web-based workspace environments.

  • Autonomy & Schedule Adaptability: A self-motivated, highly organized working habit capable of executing targets under minimal supervision while remaining strictly available for flexible hours, including US Eastern Time evenings and weekends.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a completely private, quiet, and distraction-free remote home office area, a modern computer setup optimized for concurrent browser application performance, and a stable, high-speed internet connection paired with a high-quality noise-canceling headset.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Prior background executing outbound lead generation, cold or warm lead nurturing, or inside sales sequences targeting residential markets.

  • Experience navigating multi-calendar synchronization software across varying regional time zones.

  • Familiarity with residential building concepts, window/door replacement sizing metrics, or generalized trades vocabulary.
