Your opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to manage a small team and drive the effective delivery of services in Bega and Cooma.

- Provide effective and supportive team leadership, including staff training, performance management and recruitment, while ensuring operations comply with the Enterprise Agreement or relevant Award.
- Prepare accurate service reports for the Area Manager and contribute to budget development and management as required.
Requirements for success
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading a team within a complex service-delivery environment.
- A relevant degree with experience, or an associate diploma with substantial relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience working within the homelessness sector.
- Experience in budget and financial management.
- A genuine commitment to achieving positive community and social outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Before commencing with us, you will be required to complete a national police history check, qualification and referee checks, and hold the relevant clearance to work with children and/or vulnerable people.

At Mission Australia, you’ll be part of an innovative and inclusive culture where your contribution is valued and your work helps make a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians in need.
