The opportunity

As an OSS Intern, you will be directly involved in the day‑to‑day operations of our business by ensuring employees have reliable, functioning IT tools. During this internship, you’ll learn how to resolve common technical issues on site, prepare devices that teams depend on, and keep essential office and meeting‑room equipment running smoothly. This role places you close to the business and the end users, giving you hands‑on insight into how IT enables productivity across the organization. Throughout the internship, you’ll be guided by experienced OSS Specialists who will help you build strong, practical IT skills.

This is a six-month internship with the opportunity to extend the assignment upon successful completion and mutual agreement.

You will work on‑site in the office as it is required for the role.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues that require physical presence and support end users in navigating self‑service tools and standard IT procedures.
  • Prepare laptops and other devices so they are ready for use by new or existing employees.
  • Help check and manage hardware inventory (laptops, monitors, accessories).
  • Help maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms and shared office spaces, ensuring systems operate correctly.
  • Update documentation related to device preparation and OSS procedures and report issues to the team.
  • Be engaged in special projects where you make impact (relocating, changing office set-up, set up infrastructure, set-up of the meeting rooms)

Your background

  • You have recently studied or graduated from a university or technical school in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • You are comfortable working with people (including helping colleagues in non-technical roles) and with following established procedures and you are passionate about making things better.
  • You have a basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
  • You are eager to learn and develop technical skills in a hands‑on environment.
  • You have a problem‑solving mindset and good attention to detail.
  • You communicate clearly in English and Swedish language.
