Role Overview
What You Will Do

Own RFC financial planning processes, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.

Partner with Fulfillment Operations leaders to improve cost, productivity, quality, and service metrics across the network.

Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.

Develop scalable reporting, KPIs, and automation solutions that improve business visibility and accountability.

Build business cases and financial models to support capacity planning, process improvements, and strategic investments.

Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency while balancing customer experience and cost.
Basic Qualifications
-
7-12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment.

Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation.

Strong Excel skills
-
Fluent level English and traditional Mandarin.

Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
