Key Responsibilities:

PRODUCT LISTING MANAGEMENT:

\- Work with Key Account Managers to align on the new product launches for Sephora

\- Prepare and submit product listing details (i.e. product description, digital assets, video) for all aligned launches on Sephora platform, covering eight brands across SG/MY/TH

\- Ensure timely product launches on Sephora online as internally aligned and submitted

\- Liaise with Sephora to resolve any issues, e.g. product mapping, late publishing, late approvals from Sephora etc.

ONSITE MANAGEMENT & OPTIMISATION:

\- Work with Key Account Managers on the marketing calendar of each brand and identify the brand/ product banners required

\- Adapt brand banners with Adobe Photoshop for key launches according to Sephora requirements and submit on Sephora portal

\- Ensure timely publishing of banners on Sephora website/app

\- Regular audits and enhancements of existing product listings by bridging gaps in missing alt images, removing expired assets, cleaning up discontinued products

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:

\- Follow up closely with Sephora on the phasing of aligned marketing communications for Big Bets

\- Work with Sephora on boosting of key launches during campaign period

\- Ensure all aspects of key launches are in place e.g. listing approvals, PO issuance, banner updates, activation of promotional mechanics, goods delivery etc.

OTHER OPERATIONAL DUTIES:

\- Maintaining the internal launch calendar to track progress of each product launch and update accordingly

\- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any operational gaps

## Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
