Associate Director - Account Management

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Director – Account Management to lead a portfolio of key clients and manage a team of client servicing professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong Mainline advertising experience with exposure to Digital, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in business development and revenue generation.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead a cluster of key clients and manage a team of Account Management/Client Servicing professionals.

• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients and act as a trusted business partner.

• Drive end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, from ideation and planning to delivery.

• Lead Mainline/ATL campaigns across TV, Print, OOH and other relevant platforms, along with Digital exposure.

• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective creative and communication solutions.

• Coordinate with Creative, Studio, Strategy, Planning, Project Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Track campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to clients.

• Identify business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue and profitability.

• Own and lead New Business Development (NBD) initiatives and pitches.

• Map client organizations, identify key stakeholders and develop strong senior-level relationships.

• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets and quality expectations, while consistently exceeding client expectations.

• Mentor and develop the account management team.

Professional Skills:

• Proven experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within a reputed Mainline Advertising Agency.
• Strong experience across Mainline + Digital/Integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in New Business Development, revenue generation and account growth.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
