What you'll do:

• Analyze business initiatives and data to develop strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Resolve complex customer service issues by providing technical support and benefits education to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, collaborating with vendors to maintain system functionality.
• Administer security access protocols, monitor remote access environments, and safeguard confidential information.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and implement continuous improvements.
• Uphold company ethics and integrity standards while fostering positive relationships and a respectful work environment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and benefits administration within a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication abilities to manage escalated customer service issues and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems for managing equipment, software, and network requests.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
