As a BI Engineer - Senior Associate you will help deliver analytics and data solutions that support managed services operations, data quality, reporting, and process improvement within our Managed Services practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex workstreams, manage assigned deliverables, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while using critical thinking to navigate changing priorities and interpret data for insights.

In this role at PwC, you will help operate and improve data and analytics environments, support platform maintenance, and contribute to automation, observability, and performance tuning across client service work. You will also deepen your technical skills, develop a clearer view of the business context, and contribute to service delivery that supports efficient operations and measurable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

- Managing BI engineering workstreams that support client data and analytics environments
- Developing reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that improve operational insight and service performance
- Applying cloud data platforms, automation tooling, and analytics methods to streamline recurring processes
- Analyzing complex data structures and translating findings into clear actions for delivery teams and clients
- Monitoring data quality, master data management, and pipeline performance to support reliable reporting
- Troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating fixes that reduce disruption and improve uptime
- Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and sharing technical guidance across assigned tasks
- Building client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and supporting delivery priorities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6+ years of experience BI Engineer
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- BI engineering experience supporting managed services operations
- Hands-on SQL and data modeling experience across analytics platforms
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Background interpreting data for insights and client recommendations
- Familiarity with automation, data quality, and observability tooling
- Experience mentoring junior team members and managing client expectations
