LCI Operations and Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LCI Operations and Adoption Specialist to support Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) operations, dispute management, adoption programs, and stakeholder communications. This role plays a key part in maximizing incentive recovery, driving process excellence, maintaining operational documentation, and supporting customer adoption initiatives.

2-5 years of experience in partner operations, customer success, sales operations, program management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage LCI disputes, applying sound judgement to assess cases, identify root causes, validate supporting evidence, and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders toward resolution.
• Monitor and assess LCI dashboards and tools, identify data, system, and process issues, and recommend and implement practical improvements.
• Maintain Cisco program documentation, knowledge resources, and stakeholder communications to support effective execution.
• Manage adoption initiatives, including enablement, communications, deliverables, risks, follow-up activities, internal communities, knowledge repositories, distribution lists, and program trackers, using program and project management practices to support effective and consistent execution.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with incentive programs, reporting, dashboard is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, with experience using Power BI dashboards for reporting and insights

 

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology
• Project Management or Program Management certification is advantageous

Required experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in partner operations, customer success, sales operations, program management
• Proven history of working independently and with cross-functional Sales, Pre-sales, Alliance, CSM, Services teams and external vendors to achieve incentive objectives.
