Setting: Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)
Join a mission-driven outpatient clinic team in Oswego, NY, dedicated to providing high-quality primary care to veterans and federal service patriots.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care: wellness exams, preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
- Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, labs, and specialized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical support team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely charting within the electronic health record system.
Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited program.
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Licensure/Certs: Active, unrestricted US medical license, active DEA, and BLS certification.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for VHA credentialing.
